Customers which are not content with the print/product purchased have the right to notify in writing the canceling of the purchase, may return the product and choose another product from the store, subject to the terms and conditions below. Return costs are borne by the customer. Customers of the PRINT store on www.cdrf.ro can return the purchased products within a maximum of 14 working days from receipt, according to the provisions of OG 34/2014. The ordered product will be returned to us in the same condition in which it was delivered, with the certificate of authenticity undamaged and together with the delivery documents that accompanied it. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products referred to will be returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days, otherwise, your request will be unfounded and thus the return will be refused. If you want to replace the product, the new order will be processed and shipped to you within 72 hours from the date of return of the originally ordered products. In case of product replacement, this action with be accomplished under the conditions and limits of a regular order, with the payment of the difference. If a refund of the value of the product is requested, this will be done within 14 calendar days after confirmation of the return. The value of the additional services, including but not limited to the transport of the products, paid by the customer, is not reimbursed. In all cases, the costs of return/re-shipment will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the package is severely damaged or the products were delivered incorrectly, have manufacturing defects or do not correspond to the description. Delivery and returns We offer transport by fast courier throughout Romania. Parcels are packed using all measures so that the products reach you in the best conditions. Delivery Duration Orders are delivered from Bucharest and arrive at their destination within 3 - 5 working days from the registration of the order. All orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the first business day. Delivery time may vary depending on the volume of registered orders. Methods of delivery www.cdrf.ro makes deliveries through the fast courier company Fan Courier. Products are delivered sealed. Upon receiving the parcel, please check the integrity of the packaging. If it is damaged, please contact us. Shipping costs The delivery cost is 15 lei (Bucharest) and 25 lei (national delivery) . INFORMATION ON REGISTRATION FOR COURSES AND WORKSHOPS Registration for ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL courses and workshops is done online by purchasing a ticket. You can view the entire program of future courses and workshops on the dedicated pages of www.cdrf.ro . In the description of each course and workshop, at the bottom of the page there is the ticket section where you can buy one or more tickets. Before buying, please read carefully the details of its organization (date, schedule, particularities, etc.). The price of each course or workshop is shown in the workshop description. Prices are always in lei. Places at courses and workshops are limited, depending on the specifics of the groups varying between 10 and 15 people maximum. Payment is made by card, in full, when paying online for the ticket for the course or workshop in question. The process of buying a ticket includes the following steps: 1. Select the number of tickets you want for the course or workshop in question and press the "complete order" button. 2. Fill in the billing details and fill in the details for the ticket (you can check that they are the same as the billing details if applicable). To issue the invoice, the participant must also fill in the address section. 3. Accept the terms and policies of ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL for the respective course or workshop. ABOUT THE WORKSHOPS Most of our workshops have a 2 day duration, with the feedback provided by the coordinator to the participants is usually on the 2nd day. Each workshop has the same structure: Theoretical introduction, Practice and Feedback from the coordinator, for a selection of images made by the participant during the workshop. Each workshop is coordinated by a professional photographer. The photography practice lasts on average 8 hours with a lunch break. Lunch is not included in the price. Except for the urban landscape/rooftops workshop coordinated by Cornel Lazia, transport is not included in the price. ABOUT THE COURSES Our flagship educational program includes various course formats, the schedule of which can be consulted in the dedicated section of the website. The method of registration, communication and organization is similar to that of the workshops. INFORMATION ABOUT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY We reserve the right to change without prior notice the dates of the workshops and courses or the hours, if this is required for objective reasons. If we cancel the course or workshop, we will refund the full cost of the tickets or you will be able to book another workshop or course with a similar cost. If you want to cancel the purchase of a place or participation in our courses or workshops, please contact us using the contact form of our website. For a full refund you must cancel at least 2 weeks (14 calendar days) before the start of the event/service. For a 50% refund you must cancel no later than one week (7 calendar days) before the start of the event/service. If you cancel during the week of the event/service, the refund is no longer eligible. However, you can request rescheduling to another event with a cost at least equal to the canceled one or to reschedule the provision of the service/purchase another service with a cost at least equal to the canceled one. OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT PARTICIPATING IN COURSES AND WORKSHOPS We photograph every course and workshop. The photos taken are used exclusively for the communication and promotion of the website www.cdrf.ro . If you wish not to be photographed, please let us know at the beginning of the workshop. Applicable for video recordings, if the case. For the performance photography workshops coordinated by Adi Bulboacă and studio photography coordinated by Ionuț Staicu, for the future use of the images taken within the framework of the workshop, the participants: - have the right to use the photos taken in the workshop for the purpose of personal promotion as a photographer, including in their own portfolio, as long as they do not harm the reputation or dignity of the people photographed. - for any other form of use of the photos (i.e.: use in an exhibition, sale or donation of the right of use to third parties, use for commercial purposes) they must contact the representative of ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL in advance to start the process of obtaining consent of those photographed. Rules for the good conduct of courses and workshops: - in the e-mail we send before the start of the course or workshop, we leave you a contact phone number; please save it and call us if you are late for the class or workshop; - please have a respectful attitude towards the ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL team, the photo subjects (when applicable) and the other participants; - we reserve the right not to accept participants who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs; - we reserve the right to exclude from the workshop any participant who makes discriminatory remarks to those present or behaves aggressively; - please come prepared for the course or workshop, with the necessary equipment (camera, lenses, batteries, memory cards, etc.). However, people who want to take photos with their mobile phones are welcomed; - please consider the recommendations in the email we send before the start of each workshop regarding comfortable shoes or light clothing for workshops, where we walk a lot. Communication The communication will be made to you in writing. For any question or suggestion, please contact us using the contact form of our website or use the direct message option on our Facebook or Instagram page. We send out newsletters and informative emails with an irregular frequency. You can subscribe to our communications by filling out our newsletter form . If you no longer wish to receive communications from us, press the unsubscribe button in the e-mail you receive. Area You will find us in Popa Tatu street, no. 68. Enter the courtyard with confidence, admire the exhibitions that accompany you on the way to us, and you will reach us. From Monday to Thursday, we are open from 10:00 to 18:00. We are open until 22:00 on Fridays. On Saturdays and Sundays, the space is dedicated to our students for workshops, courses and other educational activities. Library with over 100 photography titles, albums and magazines, books by and about photography and photographers, and convenient spaces to browse. Workspace meaning two powerful computers (a Mac and a Windows for all tastes) with Lightroom, Photoshop and more. The lecture hall where we hold theoretical sessions but where you can also hold meetings. Small studio for exercises, practice and experiments, where you can spend hours learning to match lights or shoot smaller products. Old-style developing camera to practice developing black and white photo films or to experiment with various techniques like analog Photoshop. Small event space and exhibition space where we gather every Friday evening and talk about photography.

We propose a comprehensive program that you can rigorously adapt to your own needs and pace. You will find both beginner courses and specialization courses, as well as workshops that develop your practice regardless of your technical level. You can choose a single course or build a coherent, long-term educational path (for example: Fundamentals of Photography + a specialization course + development courses/workshops). Call for visual artists from Norway and Romania We are thankful to all the artists who have sent applications for our call. After evaluation, the two selected proposals are from: Virginia Lupu Ilina Schileru Soon we will announce further details. UPDATE: The application period is extended by 2 weeks. The new application deadline is the 26th of February 2023, 11:59 PM. Consequently, the results will be announced on the 3rd of March; the residency will take place during the 10th of March - 10th of April 2023. Theme: Sexualization of women and femininity within a minority living in Romania The artistic residency aims to explore the sexualization of women and femininity within a minority, from the propagation of the phenomenon to common traits, customs and repercussions found within the community. The residency involves the collaboration between two visual artists who work mainly with photography, to create one or more works. The two artists will be selected by the CdRF team following this call. We accept applications only from Norwegian and Romanian artists. We do not aim a specific amount of works. Promotion and exposure: - two joint events to present the artistic approach and discuss with the audience held in Bucharest, ar the Resource Center for Photography; - a final exhibition with the work/ works held in Bucharest, at the Resource Center for Photography; - a workshop/ masterclass held by each of the two artists on a topic relevant to the artistic endeavour, in Bucharest, at the Resource Center for Photography. Residence duration: one month (10th of March – 10th of April 2023) Budget: 20.000 lei/ artist (approximately 4000 EUR) which covers the artist's fee and logistical expenses for accommodation, transport etc. The Photography Resource Centre as organiser retains partial rights to the final work or works. Resources Informal discussions where we invite you to chat. We will also have special guests, it won't just be us and our photographers. We hold these meetings to get to know each other and to plan the development of CDRF so that it fits the needs of the photography-consuming and creative public. Educational resources A course of 180 hours, with 4 modules and 6 lecturers, intended for all those who want to take photography from a to z, or from the history of photography to a personal portfolio. The course is accredited by the ANC, with participants having the opportunity to opt for the exam and obtain the specialization diploma. Details A series of short courses , on various topics, intended for both photographers and amateurs or the public. Some are educational, some are professional. Details Photography workshops , designed to be a creative experience, an opportunity to practice and an opportunity to socialize. The workshops are 70% practical, 25% feedback and 5% theory. Services We live in fast-paced times, and our lives are excessively documented visually, online and in social media. The digital world is growing, and the amount of photographic material produced is increasing. How do we proceed with the photographic material already produced? How do we keep it, how do we easily search for a certain photo taken in the past? Moreover, how do we manage and protect the archives stored over the years on analog media?
