Psychogeography Workshop with Panos Kasimis

Psychogeography Workshop with Panos Kasimis

Date and location

Aug 17, 2026, 5 PM - Aug 22, 2026, 9 PM

Bucharest, Popa Tatu 68, Bucharest 010806, Romania

About

Transform the way you see and photograph the city. Over 18 hours, you'll create a new body of work through guided psychogeographic explorations of Bucharest, receive individual mentoring from Panos Kasimis, and develop a fresh, experimental approach to street photography.

Inspired by Guy Debord's concept of psychogeography and the dérive (wandering without a fixed destination), you'll explore the city through creative exercises that reveal unexpected perspectives and inspire new visual narratives.

Throughout the workshop you'll receive individual feedback, refine your photographic series, and conclude by exhibiting your work at CdRF, leaving with 1–3 professionally printed photographs.

What you'll gain

  • A new approach to street and urban photography
  • Individual mentoring from Panos Kasimis
