The use, including visiting and purchasing products/services/courses and workshops on the www.cdrf.ro website, implies acceptance of the terms and conditions that will be detailed in the following paragraphs.
The business partner of the client (whether a natural or legal person) is ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL, with a place of business in Bucharest, Nr. 3 – 11, Bd. Duca Gheorghe, Bl. B, Sc. B1, Et. 4, Ap. 47, registered with CUI 34264473 and J40/3463/2015 and owns, sells to the natural or legal person the products/ services/ courses and workshops presented on the website and collects the respective amounts from the clients. ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL provides the goods, services, courses and workshops that are subject to the terms and conditions below.
The website www.cdrf.ro is property of ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL.
The www.cdrf.ro domain, together with the virtual store and all the necessary software tools/databases, is managed by ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL for the purpose of marketing the products/services/courses and workshops presented on the site. For the best use of the site, it is recommended to read these terms and conditions carefully. ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL assumes the right to be able to make any changes to these provisions, as well as any changes to the website www.cdrf.ro, its structure or any other changes that could affect the site, without the need for any prior notification to users in this regard. The website www.cdrf.ro is hosted on the servers of ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL. The company ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL cannot be held responsible for any errors appearing on the site for any reason, including changes, settings, upgrades, etc. ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL is not responsible for the content, quality or nature of the sites reached through links from the www.cdrf.ro website, regardless of the nature of these links. About the purchase and responsibilities of products and services
ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL guarantees the originality of the products displayed and delivered in the PRINT section. The products are accompanied by certificates of authenticity. Any complaint, of any nature, regarding these products must be brought to the attention of ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL within a maximum of 24 hours from the receipt of the products, after which it will be forwarded to the supplier of the respective products/the author, for final resolution. Customers which are not content with the print/product purchased have the right to notify in writing the canceling of the purchase, may return the product and choose another product from the store, subject to the terms and conditions below. Return costs are borne by the customer.

Customers of the PRINT store on www.cdrf.ro can return the purchased products within a maximum of 14 working days from receipt, according to the provisions of OG 34/2014. The ordered product will be returned to us in the same condition in which it was delivered, with the certificate of authenticity undamaged and together with the delivery documents that accompanied it.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products referred to will be returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days, otherwise, your request will be unfounded and thus the return will be refused.
If you want to replace the product, the new order will be processed and shipped to you within 72 hours from the date of return of the originally ordered products. In case of product replacement, this action with be accomplished under the conditions and limits of a regular order, with the payment of the difference.
If a refund of the value of the product is requested, this will be done within 14 calendar days after confirmation of the return. The value of the additional services, including but not limited to the transport of the products, paid by the customer, is not reimbursed.
In all cases, the costs of return/re-shipment will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the package is severely damaged or the products were delivered incorrectly, have manufacturing defects or do not correspond to the description.

Delivery and returns
We offer transport by fast courier throughout Romania. Parcels are packed using all measures so that the products reach you in the best conditions.

Delivery Duration
Orders are delivered from Bucharest and arrive at their destination within 3 - 5 working days from the registration of the order. All orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the first business day. Delivery time may vary depending on the volume of registered orders.

Methods of delivery
www.cdrf.ro makes deliveries through the fast courier company Fan Courier. Products are delivered sealed. Upon receiving the parcel, please check the integrity of the packaging. If it is damaged, please contact us.

Shipping costs
The delivery cost is 15 lei (Bucharest) and 25 lei (national delivery) . For international orders please contact us using the contact form on our website, to customize your shipping options accordingly.
Limitations of Liability
The website www.cdrf.ro and related materials (products, services, but also courses and workshops) are offered "as is", their modification is not accepted and "as long as they are available/places available".
The company ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL shall not be held responsible nor does expressly or implicitly guarantee, in any way, the operation/functionality of the website.
ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL offers a guarantee for the products sold on the website.
ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL shall not be held responsible for any damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect or incidental damages subsequently incurred through the handling of the products by the customer.

INFORMATION ON REGISTRATION FOR COURSES AND WORKSHOPS
Registration for ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL courses and workshops is done online by purchasing a ticket. You can view the entire program of future courses and workshops on the dedicated pages of www.cdrf.ro. In the description of each course and workshop, at the bottom of the page there is the ticket section where you can buy one or more tickets. Before buying, please read carefully the details of its organization (date, schedule, particularities, etc.).
The price of each course or workshop is shown in the workshop description. Prices are always in lei. Places at courses and workshops are limited, depending on the specifics of the groups varying between 10 and 15 people maximum. Payment is made by card, in full, when paying online for the ticket for the course or workshop in question.

The process of buying a ticket includes the following steps:
1. Select the number of tickets you want for the course or workshop in question and press the "complete order" button.
2. Fill in the billing details and fill in the details for the ticket (you can check that they are the same as the billing details if applicable). To issue the invoice, the participant must also fill in the address section.
3. Accept the terms and policies of ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL for the respective course or workshop. We recommend that you read them fully.
4. Secure online card payment.
You will receive an email about payment confirmation and attached ticket. There is no need to print the ticket; it is enough to show it at the beginning of the workshop on the phone. At least 2 days before the workshop, you will receive an informative e-mail about the workshop with more organizational details, including the meeting place for the theoretical introduction of some of the workshops and courses. It is important that you leave us the correct contact details so that we can pass on all these details to you.
ABOUT THE WORKSHOPS
Most of our workshops have a 2 day duration, with the feedback provided by the coordinator to the participants is usually on the 2nd day.
Each workshop has the same structure: Theoretical introduction, Practice and Feedback from the coordinator, for a selection of images made by the participant during the workshop. Each workshop is coordinated by a professional photographer. The photography practice lasts on average 8 hours with a lunch break. Lunch is not included in the price.
Except for the urban landscape/rooftops workshop coordinated by Cornel Lazia, transport is not included in the price.
ABOUT THE COURSES
Our flagship educational program includes various course formats, the schedule of which can be consulted in the dedicated section of the website. The method of registration, communication and organization is similar to that of the workshops.
INFORMATION ABOUT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We reserve the right to change without prior notice the dates of the workshops and courses or the hours, if this is required for objective reasons. If we cancel the course or workshop, we will refund the full cost of the tickets or you will be able to book another workshop or course with a similar cost.
If you want to cancel the purchase of a place or participation in our courses or workshops, please contact us using the contact form of our website. For a full refund you must cancel at least 2 weeks (14 calendar days) before the start of the event/service. For a 50% refund you must cancel no later than one week (7 calendar days) before the start of the event/service. If you cancel during the week of the event/service, the refund is no longer eligible. However, you can request rescheduling to another event with a cost at least equal to the canceled one or to reschedule the provision of the service/purchase another service with a cost at least equal to the canceled one.
OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT PARTICIPATING IN COURSES AND WORKSHOPS
We photograph every course and workshop. The photos taken are used exclusively for the communication and promotion of the website www.cdrf.ro. If you wish not to be photographed, please let us know at the beginning of the workshop. Applicable for video recordings, if the case.
For the performance photography workshops coordinated by Adi Bulboacă and studio photography coordinated by Ionuț Staicu, for the future use of the images taken within the framework of the workshop, the participants:
- have the right to use the photos taken in the workshop for the purpose of personal promotion as a photographer, including in their own portfolio, as long as they do not harm the reputation or dignity of the people photographed.
- for any other form of use of the photos (i.e.: use in an exhibition, sale or donation of the right of use to third parties, use for commercial purposes) they must contact the representative of ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL in advance to start the process of obtaining consent of those photographed.
Rules for the good conduct of courses and workshops:
- in the e-mail we send before the start of the course or workshop, we leave you a contact phone number; please save it and call us if you are late for the class or workshop;
- please have a respectful attitude towards the ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL team, the photo subjects (when applicable) and the other participants;
- we reserve the right not to accept participants who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs;
- we reserve the right to exclude from the workshop any participant who makes discriminatory remarks to those present or behaves aggressively;
- please come prepared for the course or workshop, with the necessary equipment (camera, lenses, batteries, memory cards, etc.). However, people who want to take photos with their mobile phones are welcomed;
- please consider the recommendations in the email we send before the start of each workshop regarding comfortable shoes or light clothing for workshops, where we walk a lot.
Communication
The communication will be made to you in writing. For any question or suggestion, please contact us using the contact form of our website or use the direct message option on our Facebook or Instagram page. We send out newsletters and informative emails with an irregular frequency. You can subscribe to our communications by filling out our newsletter form. If you no longer wish to receive communications from us, press the unsubscribe button in the e-mail you receive.
Final provisions
If any of the above clauses are found to be invalid or invalid, regardless of the cause, this clause does not affect the validity of other clauses. With the purchase and launch of the order, the customer accepts without objection the conditions and terms of use, their value being the same as a valid concluded contract.
Applicable law and disputes
By using (visiting or purchasing products) the site, the user agrees that the Romanian laws will govern the above Terms & Conditions of Use and any dispute of any kind that may arise between the user and the company ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL and its associates/ partners/ affiliates. In case of any conflicts between ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL and its clients, we first try to resolve them amicably. If the amicable solution is not possible, the conflict will be resolved in court, in accordance with the Romanian laws in force.
Disclaimer
ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL assumes responsibility for the product descriptions presented on the website for the purpose of selling. Also, the images that are presented on the website may differ in terms of color depending on the display of your device.
ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL does not guarantee the availability of the displayed products in stock, which is why the company has the right not to deliver part or all of a particular order if certain products no longer appear in the supplier's current offer or are not available for other reasons (temporary out of stock, out of stock, etc.). If the payment is made in advance, the customer has the right to receive back the money paid for the respective product. In all cases where the products cannot be delivered, the customer could only ask for the immediate return of the sums already collected by ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL, but not other compensations.
The maximum value of ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL's obligations towards any customer in the case of non-delivery or improper delivery of the purchased products is the amount collected by ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL from the respective customer.
ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL and its suppliers do not assume responsibility for any printing or display errors on the website regarding prices or other data/details related to products, directly or indirectly.
In the event that the prices or other details related to the products were displayed incorrectly, including due to the fact that they were entered incorrectly in the database, ARTE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT SRL reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the respective product and notify the customer as soon as possible about the error, if the delivery has not yet been made.
