Mentorship with Adi Bulboacă

Do you want to start a photographic project or series and don’t know where to begin or which direction to take it? Or have you already started and gotten stuck? Adi is here to help you: he is gentle and warm, clear and concise. The module is designed to stretch over a longer period of time precisely so that you have time to put Adi’s advice into practice and benefit from his guidance over the course of four months. Some sessions take place in small groups (2–3 people), there is also an individual session, as well as a session with 10 (or more) participants.

What you will learn / do:

• Adi will help you discover your personal style. Or at least help you get an idea of it, so you know which threads you need to untangle in order to discover it.

  
  

What you will not learn / do:

• how to use your camera – if you want to learn how to take photos, take a look at the Photography Technique course;

• you will not go on photo outings with Adi.

  
  

You will need:

• ideas and openness to talk about what concerns you in photography;

• a laptop to present your photographs, if you need support for a series or project.

  
  

About the lecturer:

Adi Bulboacă photographs artists, theatres and train stations, performances and performance halls, all kinds of products; he runs everything that can be run: half marathons, marathons, mountain marathons, ultra-marathons. Almost everything he does, he does out of passion, and he is the kind of person with very few unfulfilled dreams.
