PERSONAL STYLE IN PHOTOGRAPHY

Personal style is what makes your photos recognizable, which gives details of your photographic language. Style can include elements of composition, point of view, chromaticism, symbolism, etc. It's that something that sets and changes over time, that develops with you. It is important to find your own voice, the trap is to stay in the stage of copying what others are doing. It is important to become aware of what you want to say with your photo and how you do it. This is the inspirational module where we establish some necessary introductory aesthetic knowledge and facilitate your photographic empowerment.

The module is coordinated by Adi Bulboacă. You can attend the whole module or just one or more lessons. If you open a folder with your photos and you have 10 black and white with contrast, 3 sepia, 6 color, 4 more without contrast, 3 portraits, 2 cats and 15 landscapes then you need the personal style module. It helps you find your own aesthetic.

Wednesday 25 October from 18:00 to 21:00 - Art currents and movements of the last 50 years

Saturday, October 28 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Contemporary Photography

About Adi Bulboaca:

Photograph artists, shows, trains, stations and moments that evoke emotions; is one of the most famous theater photographers in Romania. You see a Bubblegum almost every time you look at theater posters. He started by photographing his fellow actors of his generation and continued until he exceeded a thousand theatrical, dance and performance performances photographed. For many years already he has been the official photographer of several theater festivals, the TIFF festival or cultural events in Romania. Lately he has discovered his passion for running and when he is not photographing, he is training for or participating in marathons. Adi is the kind of photographer for whom no sacrifice is too great, in the sense that if he is in a new place, he will give up activities like socializing or sleeping to explore with camera in hand. He believes that his role is to give back to the community and he sincerely believes in the importance of the role of teacher, guide, mentor.

· It takes place at the Photography Resource Center (Strada Popa Tatu, no. 68, Bucharest);

· The module is part of the complete photography course;
