About the event

We have opened registrations for the 5th edition of the Photography School, which will start on September 16, 2025.

The photo is taken before the photographer presses the shutter. This means that the photographer knows exactly what he is photographing, from what angle, how he is using the light, how he is setting the camera, what will come out, how he will post-process it, and most importantly, what he wants to say with that photo and to whom.

This is the promise of our course – at the end you will know what photo you want to take and how to get it.

The complete photography course is aimed at those who enjoy taking photos and want to learn more about this field.

We have 9 lecturers, all professional photographers active in artistic and/or commercial photography who will provide information, guidance, support and advice to each individual student, adapted to their needs and knowledge.

You will study photographic technique, history of photography, storytelling, documentary photography, personal style, introduction to studio photography and basic post-processing. You will practice on photo tours, in our studio and at street photography and performance photography workshops. You will learn how to build your first portfolio.

Your lecturers will be: Cristina Irian, Ioana Moldovan, Adi Bulboacă, Matei Dumitru, Toma Hurduc, Cornel Lazia, Andrei Păcuraru, Ionuț Staicu, Natan Dvir.
