Details

This course consists of three intensive sessions in which you will explore and analyze the elements that make up the personal style of several important photographers, while becoming more aware of your own personal photographic style. Personal style is not something you can resolve with a single, unified filter; it is your point of view, which comes through composition, subject matter, color, and more. It is also not fixed—it evolves along with you, your interests, and your life experiences. In each session, Natan will analyze your images to help you discover and refine your personal style.

What you will learn /do:

  • the basic elements of personal style;

  • modern and contemporary photographers – POV and personal style;

  • analysis of your images and identification of existing elements of personal style, plus guidance for the future;

  • discussions will focus primarily on street photography, portraiture, and documentary photography.
